You have 14 days to carry out a return, provided that the item is eligible. These are the steps you should follow : 

 

1. Contact Client Services to request for return and arrange carrier for a complimentary pick-up.

2. Make sure to return the items in their original packaging and in their original condition, unworn, with the tag(s) attached to the product(s).

3. Please securely seal your package.

4. Carrier will bring along the return label to collect the parcel from you.

 

  • Please note that Naena is not liable for merchandise returned using a method or carrier other than the prepaid label sent by email.
  • Returns must be shipped from the same address to which they were delivered.

 

Upon reception, your return will be processed within 5 to 7 working days and you will receive a confirmation email at that time. If your return does not meet the conditions stated above, we will send it back to you.

 

Please note that Naena monitors the number of returns made by customers. A high number of returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account on naenaofficial.com and to the cancellation of all future orders.

 

Return Conditions


Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original package, if any, and with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories.

Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled Products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
